What areas do you serve?
All of Connecticut. We are based in Manchester, and travel is free within 20 miles, which covers Hartford, West Hartford, Glastonbury, Vernon, New Britain and most of Greater Hartford. We also go to New Haven, the shoreline, eastern Connecticut and Fairfield County; any travel is included in your quote.
How much does a photo booth rental cost?
It depends on the booth, how many hours you need and your date. Send us your event details and we will send a quote. Combining booths gets you better pricing, and booking early saves 10%.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. A friendly, professional attendant runs the booth, helps guests with props and keeps the line moving.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ace Photobooth is fully licensed and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance to your venue.
How do guests get their photos and videos?
Right away. Guests print (print booth) or get photos and videos by QR code, text or AirDrop. You also get an online gallery of the whole event within 24 to 48 hours.
How far ahead should I book?
Saturdays in the spring, summer and fall wedding season fill up months ahead, and December fills fast with holiday parties. Book 60+ days out to lock in your date and save 10%.
How much space and power do you need?
About 10 × 10 ft for a 360 booth and around 8 × 8 ft for a print or digital booth, plus a standard power outlet nearby.
Can you set up outdoors or in winter?
Yes. Outdoors, the booth needs level ground and cover from sun and rain, such as a tent or porch. In winter we plan extra time for snow and set up indoors, and we watch the forecast with you before your date.
How much room does the 360 booth take up?
Give us about a 10 × 10 ft space near a regular power outlet. We confirm the layout with your venue ahead of time.
How do guests get their videos?
Right away, by QR code, text or AirDrop. Every video also goes into an online gallery you can download after the event.
Can the overlay match our colors or logo?
Yes. We design the overlay around your names, date, logo or theme, and you choose the music.
Is printing really unlimited?
Yes. Guests can print as many times as they want while the booth is booked.
Can the print template match our invitations?
Of course. Send us your colors, monogram or invitation and we design a matching template. Gold and Platinum include a personalized template.
Do we get digital copies too?
Yes. Guests can text or AirDrop their photos on the spot, and the Platinum package adds an online gallery of every photo.
What can guests make with the digital booth?
Photos, animated GIFs and boomerangs, all with your custom overlay.
Does the digital booth work for company branding?
Yes. Your logo and colors go on every image, so each share shows your brand to your guests’ friends and followers.
